Network Support Engineer

Full-time Kundl, Austria

Provide on-site network support services in Kundl, Austria
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
Support and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, and routers
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on network-related tasks and escalations
Perform routine network maintenance and monitoring
Document incidents, resolutions, and network configurations

What we are looking for

Minimum 3 years of relevant network support experience
B2-level German language proficiency required
Valid work visa for Austria required
